Putting your servers on UPS can prove to be futile for you and your UPS batteries. Servers eat up a lot of your battery almost instantly. So, always running them on batteries will drain out them sooner. To manually handle the servers each time the power goes out is also not very corrective and effective measure in almost all situations.
